Position Overview:

 

As the Senior SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase conversions across various online platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the implementation of SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, execute, and refine the company’s SEO strategy in alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
  • Lead on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including content strategy, link-building, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports on key metrics and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website structure, content creation, and user experience.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with other marketing and digital teams to ensure SEO efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in SEO management, preferably in [industry/niche].
  • In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in improving organic search performance and driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with content strategy, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes in the digital landscape.
