We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to assist us with our email marketing strategies. Candidates should have a strong grasp over email marketing, lead generation, and database building in B2B industries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify target audiences and grow our email lists
• Design and implement email marketing strategies
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, spelling and overall quality
• B2B database building with growth hack techniques across global markets.
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
• Create email databases for lead generation
• Report on sales revenue generated from email campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of marketing experience with minimum 1 year focused on email strategy and execution
• Strong project management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience with Email marketing automation software
• Extensive knowledge of ecosystem cross-selling, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication strategies
• Experience with delivering compelling creative and messages for different customer segments
• Self-starter with ability to seek out opportunities, create an action plan and see it through to fruition
• In-depth knowledge of email best practices to increase deliverability, engagement, and conversions.
