We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to assist us with our email marketing strategies. Candidates should have a strong grasp over email marketing, lead generation, and database building in B2B industries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify target audiences and grow our email lists
- Design and implement email marketing strategies
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, spelling and overall quality
- B2B database building with growth hack techniques across global markets.
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
- Create email databases for lead generation
- Report on sales revenue generated from email campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of marketing experience with minimum 1 year focused on email strategy and execution
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with Email marketing automation software
- Extensive knowledge of ecosystem cross-selling, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication strategies
- Experience with delivering compelling creative and messages for different customer segments
- Self-starter with ability to seek out opportunities, create an action plan and see it through to fruition
- In-depth knowledge of email best practices to increase deliverability, engagement, and conversions.
